ORTHODONTICS WITH BRACES
This is the most conventional form of orthodontics. It involves placing braces on the teeth in order to move them and thus align the teeth. They can be metal braces (which are more visible) or aesthetic braces, which are usually made of sapphire and are similar in color to the patient’s teeth.
INTERCEPTIVE ORTHODONTICS
It is fitted at an early age and is used to guide the growth of the jaws and correct the development of the mandible in order to prevent and treat malocclusion early on.
